Rental Terms and Conditions

By renting equipment from, the renter agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  • The renter is responsible for all rental charges until the equipment has been officially scheduled for return and is ready for pickup by Allen Medical Equipment Delivery.
  • Rental charges will continue automatically until pickup is requested and the equipment is available for retrieval.
  • Upon delivery and setup of rental equipment, including but not limited to hospital beds, patient lifts, power wheelchairs, wheelchairs, lift chairs, and oxygen concentrators, the renter becomes fully responsible for all rental fees, delivery charges, pickup fees, and any applicable service charges.
  • No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for early returns.
  • Special-order rental equipment is non-refundable.
  • Allen Medical Equipment Delivery is not responsible for any damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, or expenses resulting from the use, misuse, installation, operation, or handling of rented equipment during the rental period.
  • The renter must immediately notify Allen Medical Equipment Delivery of any malfunction, defect, or damage to the equipment so that repair or replacement arrangements can be made promptly.
  • Any rental equipment that is lost, stolen, unreturned, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear will be billed to the renter at the full retail replacement value listed on.
  • Failure to arrange pickup or make equipment accessible for retrieval may result in continued rental billing and additional service charges.
