Return Policy

  • Bathroom essentials, non-electric mobility aids, and compression garments, orthopedics are non-returnable once used or if packaging is altered. Ramps must be returned within a day. Other products can be returned within 14 days in original condition for a full refund. Customers cover return shipping costs.
  • Special orders are final and non-refundable, including unforeseen circumstances like the loss of a loved one.
  • Lift Chairs, Power Scooters, Wheelchairs, & Hospital Beds in stock can be returned within 5 days in new condition, subject to a 30% restocking fee plus pick-up charges. Damaged or worn items are non-returnable.
  • Upon delivery and setup of rental equipment like Hospital Beds, Patient Lifts, Power Chairs, Wheelchairs, Lift Chairs, Oxygen concentrators, the renter is liable for the rental fee, including any charges for delivery or pickup. No refunds for early returns. Special order rentals are non-refundable.
  • Rental charges apply until equipment is called for pickup. Failure to schedule pickup incurs automatic charges. Allen Medical Equipment Delivery is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses during equipment rental. Report defects immediately for replacement or repair. Lost/stolen items are billed at retail prices.
  • At Allen Medical Equipment Delivery, customer satisfaction is paramount. Contact us within 14 days if unsatisfied. Non-defective returns may incur a 30% restocking fee. Shipping fees for our errors are waived. Returns must be new, unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, and resalable. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility.
  • Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning. Returns without RMA get store credit minus restocking fee. Customers pay return shipping.
  • Refunds for payments made via credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay are processed upon receipt of returns. Allow 7-10 days for the refund. 30-90 days for all check refunds.
  • For defective or incorrect shipments, we refund product and original shipping costs and provide a UPS return shipping slip.

Insurance and Financial Responsibility Policy

Product Instructions and Warranty:
Clients are provided comprehensive instructions covering product functionality, care, maintenance, safety precautions, and expected outcomes. All products undergo rigorous safety inspections before delivery. Detailed warranty information is included with each product.

HIPAA and Privacy Practices:
Our HIPAA and Privacy Practices documentation is available upon request, ensuring your personal and medical information remains confidential.

Insurance Claim Authorization:
By accepting and signing for the products, you authorize Allen Medical Equipment Delivery to submit insurance claims on your behalf and receive payments directly from your insurance carrier. Your signature acknowledges receipt and satisfaction with the delivered products or confirms awareness of pending product delivery as indicated.

Financial Responsibility:
Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary pre-approvals required by their insurance provider. You acknowledge full financial responsibility for any charges not covered or denied by your insurance company, including deductibles, co-payments, co-insurance, or items deemed not medically necessary. While we will proactively appeal any denied claims, ultimate financial responsibility for unpaid balances remains with the client.

Your signature also authorizes Allen Medical Equipment Delivery to release medical and relevant personal information necessary for processing insurance claims.
